This is an excellent product. It comes in a handy storage case which I leave in the boot and get it out when Larry our Cockapoo is coming with us to the beach or on a muddy walk. It protects our leather seats from dirt and claws and Larry seems comfortable enough in the back seat in it. It’s very sturdy and waterproof so what’s not to like!

Well made and finished rigid bottomed seat protectorThis is a versatile back seat cover with a number of good features. It arrived in a neat carrier bag for storage and had no loose threads or stitches and all the zips functioned properly. Equipped with flaps to protect the seat sides (useful on entry) that can be raised to protect the doors and zip sections to allow seat belt and central armrest access the cover is generously sized for a UK SUV.The stiffened floor is probably the biggest distinguishing feature of this from the competition. This will either be a plus for enhanced upholstery protection if used as a seat cover for cargo transport or possibly a minus when it comes to transporting some pets as it provides an unyielding seating that is rendered slippery by the sheer synthetic fabric. Pets paws may not get traction unless you add another blanket or bedding on top, The slipperiness can be a bit of a nuisance for cargo carriage as well, but depends on what you are carrying and whether you secure it through the seat belt slots or otherwise.It is a large effective protective cover for the back seat or even as a boot liner for a 5 door. I recommend having a good look at the dimensions and how you intend to use it to see if it will suit you better than an unstiffened one.

I have seen these advertised but have only seen one in the flesh so to speak… I wasn’t impressed.With varying prices I held off because I wanted something decent. I couldn’t believe it when this became available on vine, it looked good and was risk free, win win.We’ll I’m so glad that I waited. This backseat cover is fantastic.I have found absolutely no negatives so I just list all the good points.The quality of materials and construction is faultless.Easy to install with all necessary straps included, easy to remove and clean.Fits my saloon perfectly.Seat back portion has a zippered opening for vehicle with ski hatches. There’s also zippered opening to give access to the seatbelt sockets.The front portion that goes up against the driver and passenger seat backs has storage pockets, whilst the centre section is constructed of nice quality mesh that allows easy viewing of one fur baby, but also ventilation from front air vents and centre console armrest vents.The floor section has solid panels, something I noticed others didn’t have which put me off buying them. These panels help to cover the gap between rear and front seats, this means your fur kids won’t be falling down the rear footwell, but it also extends the usable space available for them.I have two dogs, German Shepherd 49kg and a larger than average English Springer Spaniel 26kg. Both sit comfortably on the cover and it holds their weight perfectly.As for the price? Well certainly not the cheapest but also not the most expensive, and certainly offers great quality and functionality for the money, far better than similarly priced competing seen advertised.Without a shadow of doubt I feel this is a five star product, all wrapped up in its own special carry case which is also very nicely made.With only a month of daily use I cannot comment on its life expectancy and will update if there are any issues.

Not just for pets!
Upon receipt, I was surprised at how unexpectedly heavy this package was, which was a good sign. It comes very neatly packed into a slim carry case, which comes in very handy for me, as I only intend to use it as needed, which is not often. The small footprint means I can keep it in the trunk without taking up much space, so I can leave it there and install it when the occasion calls for it.I ordered this specifically to transport my 3 cats and 1 dog to the vet, which doesn’t happen often so I wasn’t expecting any heavy use. However, yesterday i went to Home Depot to get one thing, but ended up impulse-buying 4 half whiskey barrel planters, soil, and some plants as well. As I approached my SUV, I remembered I’d recently removed the resident moving blankets from the trunk and forgot to put them back, so I was concerned that the items I’d just purchased could damage my seats. As I considered my options, I remembered this item in the trunk, and figured it was just the right time to put it to the test.I unzipped the bag to remove the cover, and carefully laid it out over the back seats. I found the material to be high quality, the seams well stitched, and the bottom boards quite thick and sturdy. The latter was a relief because these half whiskey barrels are heavy. The quality material was a big plus because the barrels have metal bands around them that are not necessarily smooth all over, and the wood can splinter, so I was reasonably assured that none of those would poke through the cover and damage my seats. The cover was intuitive to install, which was a big relief because it was a really hot day and I wilt easily, so yeah :)). I then carefully placed the barrels in the back seat, and I was ready to go. With this unexpected use, I appreciated the door flaps, as they protected the doors as the barrels moved around in transit.This successful, albeit unplanned, first-time usage of this seat cover alone was worth the price of admission! The cover handled the test perfectly, the bottom boards didn’t budge, and my seats were well protected. I then removed the cover, fumbling a bit to fold it just right, and almost effortlessly slipped it back in the bag. I’ve no doubt it will contain my pets well (and safely), while also protecting the seats, so this selection is a big win for me. While all my pets together weigh around 40 pounds, I’m confident that this cover can handle a big, heavy dog in the backseat, given the hefty weight of the whiskey barrels. I’ve only used it once so far so I can’t speak of longevity, but the cover is a quality item all around that I expect will stand up well to continued, and sometimes unorthodox, use.Yep, I wholeheartedly recommend this cover!

Great Backseat Protector for Dirty Paws
I have owned a dog for most of my life, and for significant parts of my life (spring and fall), I have wiped my loved ones’ paws before they came in the house.After trips to the dog park, I kept a blanket on the backseat of my car, to try and keep some of the dirt off the seats. I’ve often tried putting the blanket over the top of the backseat headrests, but inevitably, it falls down, and my dog(s) move around in the backseat, and the blanket gets all crumpled up into a ball, and the seats get covered with muddy footprints.I didn’t know there was any other way to avoid having to clean your backsets (especially if they are leather) every time you took your dog out 50% of the year until I had an opportunity to try this backseat cover in my mid-size SUV. And when I say cover, I mean, COVER. It’s basically a self-contained, quilted nest for your dog. It comes in a fairly large bag with handles, which is only 3-4″ thick when the cover is inside of it. So you can easily store it on the floor in the back of your SUV or in your trunk when not in use.One of the collage pictures shows my husband holding it up – you can only see below his knees and just above his neck – this is to give you an idea of how large the bag is with the cover inside of it. The bottom part of that collage is to show that the bag has double zippers, which makes getting the cover in and out a breeze.No instructions came with the cover, so it took me a few minutes to figure out how to install it. As long as you remember that the loops with the orange markings go over the front and rear headrests (and are adjustable), you will be OK.You will also find 3 seemingly extra connector pieces, but you will actually use all of these. There are two side pieces that fall up against both back seat doors. I used one of the connector pieces that had clips to fit in the two loops on either side of the side door part, and ran the connector piece through the handle over the back window. This keeps the side part up against your door and window. You have the option of doing this on both sides of the back seat, or only one, it’s up to you. I was thinking that I may only use it on one side, and keep one side open to allow easier entering and exiting for the dog.One things I thought was really cool is that there are two approx. 4″ zippers along the crack between the top of the back seat and the bottom of the back seat. I unzipped these, and discovered what the 3rd connector piece is: it allows you to tether your dog to the child seat tether spot. I assume you would need a proper dog harness in order to use the child tether.The cover itself is made of a thick, quilted material that wipes clean with a wet cloth. There are also storage pockets on the back of the driver’s and passenger seats when you have the cover installed. It is very well made and sewn, and I think it will last a very long time. It’s not an inexpensive investment, but I think it is worth it, especially if you take your dogs to the dog park in a climate that has wet seasons.

Per chi si porta il proprio amico peloso in macchina è un articolo che non dovrebbe mancare, sicuramente utile ed in questo caso anche molto ben realizzato.Io e la mia famiglia l’abbiamo utilizzato per andare al mare con il nostro Ceres, tredici ore di viaggio all’andata ed undici al ritorno, e devo dire che è stato un validissimo supporto.E’ robusto, antiscivolo, traspirante ed impermeabile (quest’ultima caratteristica più utile per quella pasticciona di nostra figlia che per il cagnolone… ndr), è lavabile in lavatrice ed ha un sistema di posizionamento semplice e molto efficace grazie anche alle cinghie regolabili ed alle cerniere che sono ben realizzate).Inoltre e possibile utilizzarlo in combo, cioè calcolato per peloso ed umano in contemporanea, cosa molto apprezzata durante il viaggio, così come anche gradita l’idea di fornire a corredo cintura di sicurezza e sacca di stoffa per il trasporto.Infine il prezzo, a mio avviso congruo e corretto, le valide caratteristiche del prodotto testato me ne hanno dato conferma consentendomi un’esperienza di utilizzo estremamente positiva.Promosso e consigliato!
