Good value for money, the motion detection is my favourite part. Does it’s job well. I looked at other cameras and was skeptical about this at first, thinking it seemed too good to be true for the price but I really am impressed and would say if you are debating between a few go for this one as it’s better quality than a few others I’ve had in the past. I use mine for dog watching while I’m out of the house and especially like the talking function where the dogs can hear me through the camera. 5 stars overall

I did have an initial problem with my camera. The company reached out to me with fantastic customer service. They have sent a replacement and the new camera works. It’s brilliant camera. Great picture quality and great for keeping an eye on the dogs

The camera offers a variety of features that are useful for monitoring pets, and the image quality is generally good. The 2K resolution provides clear video quality, and the 360-degree camera allows me to monitor my pets from any angle. The app is easy to use and offers a variety of features, including two-way audio, night vision, and motion tracking. However, the night vision quality could be better, as it can sometimes be a bit grainy in low-light conditions.

I’ve been using this camera for about a month now and have found it works very well for my needs.The initial setup was a piece of cake, just downloading the app, quickly and easily linking the camera, and adding it to my Wi-Fi network. All of this went without an issue.I’m using this with an SD card and have set it to only record when movement is detected to make the best use of the SD card’s capacity, although you can set it to record 24/7 if you wish. With it set to record movement events only, it works incredibly well, picking up my dogs and humans as soon as they enter the frame.I find the picture quality excellent in both light and dark conditions. The night vision functionality works incredibly well indoors, illuminating the entire covered area even in complete darkness.I haven’t subscribed to the cloud service, so I can’t comment on pet detection, vehicle detection, or image anomaly patrol. As mentioned, I just use it with an SD card.I find playing back recorded video works well, with only a little initial lag while it streams, but only for a second or so.A handy feature is the ability to put it in privacy mode, where the lens is covered, so you can be sure it’s not recording. This can easily be turned on and off via the app.To summarise, this is an excellent value camera with great functionality and picture quality.

If like me you’re keen on home security, as well as what your pets are doing when you aren’t home or asleep, then motion triggered/tracking camera are a great idea, and even better if you can control the lens direction remotely too. Hence I was keen to check this out.First impressions are pretty good, the camera is nice and compact, and seems well manufactured. Powering up is via USB type B, which is not great when everything now should be USB Type C, but there’s a lead and plug supplied. The instructions are clear and tell you the app you need to download and how to setup. There is an annoying voice however that nags you to connect!Positives✅ – Picture quality and detail is very good with 2k resolution✅ – Two way voice isn’t too bad (depends on network quality either end)✅ – First smart device I’ve has that can use 5Ghz WIFI✅ – Notifications are quite responsive✅ – Pretty easy to setup using the Boykeep app✅ – Has the usual features for cameras, motion tracking, night vision etc✅ – Panning and tilting has a full range of motion✅ – Can do panoramic pictures✅ – Takes MicroSD cards, so no need to buy a subscriptionNot So Goods➗ – Annoying voice waiting for connection until you set it up➗ – Panning around on the live view is quite laggy and prone to overshootingOverall this is a pretty decent camera, albeit it has a couple of fairly minor annoying bits, but on the whole this is one of the better ones out there, especially as you don’t need an subscription to the cloud services to record, hence I would recommend.
