Bought this car seat to bring our 8 week old puppy home and then to transport him around. Buried him the first time we used it!! The car seat is really solid and well made. The velcro side fastenings are sturdy unlike some velcro that comes apart as soon as you fasten it together. The three straps to secure the dog seat to the car seat are fully adjustable. I have changed cars since buying it and found it easily adjustable to fit different size seats. Used it a couple of times since and really pleased with it. I’m sure it’ll last.

UPDATE – I don’t like the harness strap being secured from above rather than slotting through the bottom of the seat. It creates a hanging effect when he moves and also doesn’t secure my puppy safely. He’s able to climb out so no good if I’m driving him somewhere on my own.I’m giving this a 4 because I’ve not tried it out yet. I’m in the process of collecting all my equipment together for a new pup. It looks very sturdy and well made, arrived promptly and packaged well.Once my pup arrives I’ll try it out and update.

It was easy to install andSturdy . I put a couple of cushions in so my dog could sit up and look out. She also could lie down . 2 long trips this weekend and she was very relaxed and more importantly not sick at all.

Not had to clean it yet, but looks ok. Far better than just a seat belt clip as there are several points to connect the inbuilt safety belts and harnesses to and around dog. Sturdy, sides attach with extremely strong Velcro & can be dropped for ease of exit. The back & lid open upwards over seat back & at toe there is an adjustable belt which loops around headrest. Just below that on RH side facing you is a belt which can be attached to dogs collar or harness. At seat level there are 2 sets of straps which come from left and right and clip together, one of which has a corded loop which can be attached to lead or harness. Not sure which way the latter 2 sets are supposed to go so I use the 1 with the loop on 1st which I clip to the lead then put around front of dog. There is another click together strap which I do however I can whilst dog fidgets. I put 2 small thin fleece beds inside for comfort. I think the many attachment point make this very safe and good for restless dogs who try to move about in car.

It’s ok, would be much better if the harness clip was inside the seat to keep the puppy in rather than above it which allows her to jump over the side, possibly hurting herself. If I try and stop this by shortening the length she cannot lie down – if the attachment was at the bottom she would be able to get comfortable but wouldn’t be able to jump out. I feel like this is more suited to dogs that are already good when travelling and just want a bit more comfort. That being said, it’s very easy to assemble, the edges seem sturdy and product is well made. To avoid neck injury to your pets never attach these to a collar, only ever a harness.

Great quality easy to use my dog loves it. He comes out with us a lot more now in the car. He looks comfortable sat up and lay down. It’s quick and easy to set up and also take back down if needed to remove it. Highly recommend for any dog to enjoy car journeys safely it’s a great fit very stable and great value for money.

The seat is sturdy, there’s plenty of room, the only dislike is the safety harness is a little to long even on the shortest setting, but apart from that I would definitely buy again!

J’en ai pris 2 mais si vous avez une banquette arrière 1/3-2/3, ça passe pas.Idem si votre siège avant est un siège un peu bacquet.il faut rallonger les sangles.Mais c’est bien confortable pour un Jack Russel
