This product is great size wise (I got small for kitten) and I like that it’s soft, I really didn’t want to use a metal cage and this is exactly what I was looking for.Unfortunately the first one that arrived did have a couple of defects. However I was contacted immediately and a replacement has been sent. I really do appreciate good customer service and this is what I got with this seller. Thank you 🙂
