the subscription is a bit high, I missed this and the furbo caught it. I like you can change the message eg. call her name. throw a treat to her. When she’s in the area it tracks her around the room so when i’mout I know she’s doing alright

Struggled for hours to setup, with assistance from the worlds worst support team, I concluded that the Bluetooth wasn’t working.A new device sent to me, setup in 10 minutes, no problems .This Camera sold without any indication of the need to force you to buy a subscription with no indication of the cost of this subscription. On discovering this cost , why would anyone pay for this type of back end service .The type of selling retail items is a con …deliberately engineered to sucker you in and get you to pay a subscription …. ” oh go on then its ony £5.99 ” a month . I had a normal furbo which I bought years ago and decided to add the 360 to the household as it was on offer and a bargain. The picture quality is great! Now I feel like I need to upgrade my original furbo 🙈 the original in in the living room, the 360 in the kitchen – dining room where there’s more area to cover. It’s good at picking up the dogs movements and following them. Had a bit of a hard time getting the upgraded subscription working properly but it’s all working fine now. Definitely recommend, ours is connected to our Alexa so if someone rings the Ring doorbell, Furbo throws some treats down automatically. Helps with door manners. 😊

I used this to work on my dog separation anxiety and in particular the departure moment where he gets frustrated. It’s very helpful to toss treats. Quite disappointed by the fact my dog got sick and vomitted but it did not pick it up nor sent notifications. Support feedback was there were too many toys around – a bit shocking when you pay for a subscription. Overall good experience but careful not to rely 100% on it as it can miss some critical moments and I have not been impressed by the support team reaction.

This camera tracks my cat very well and the app is easy to navigate. No complains about the camera quality. The set up was a bit complicated but the Furbo support team was very quick and helpful.

This is a really great product, unfortunately when opening the packet, the time of the plastic attachment was broken meaning every time the cat plays with the feather toy, it pops out. I’m going to try and super glue it and hopefully will have some luck!
