Agent Squiffy –
I have two larger dogs, about 60kg each, one looks like a small Great Dane the other like a fat fluffy Rottweiler. The Dane-ish one loves her walks but it turns out she has problems with her hips. Last year she was on painkillers just so she could get out of bed in the morning, she limped after walks but would not settle until she had one, and hated that I was only giving her one walk a day. By evening she would whimper when getting up for a drink or food. I was recommended YouMove which worked amazingly well, after about 6 weeks she was running around like a pup again and after 3 months we didn’t need the painkillers at all.Unfortunately, the fat Rottweiler won’t eat tablets, no matter how you try hide them. She will dump all her food onto the floor and go through the biscuits one by one leaving a mess. When worming, it is a case of just force feeding her, she’s smart so slinks away as soon as I start ripping open foil packets, but she has learned it’s going to happen anyway so she swallows them and sulks for a few hours, or until the mrs lets her on the sofa. When I saw these I thought I would give them a go but kept a supply of the YouMove just in case. It does take a while for you to see the improvement these things make so I was apprehensious about changing them as it would be a while for me to see her get worse and then I would need the painkillers again until the YouMove worked. I am not a pharmacist/chemist but the ingredients look very similar, and they are actually made for bigger dogs so I only need 3 treats rather than 4 tablets. Neither of the dogs will take them as treats, our a spoilt and these just don’t make the grade, but when put into their food they both just take them as part of the meal.We are on our second container so well over 6 weeks and still having to take them out 3 times a day. So far no whimpering getting up.

First of all even my fussy dog thinks these are a treat so administration is easy!My 2 year old rescue has lumbar spondylosis and hip dysplasia – she will eventually need a double hip replacement but we are trying to buy her some time and keep her as comfortable as possible. I had been giving her a variety of supplements such as salmon oil, omega 3,6,9, green lipped mussels glucosamine and chondroitin. This combination has seemed to work quite well and she’s now moving a lot more freely – I posted a video with this review of what she was like before adding green lipped mussels and turmeric as part of her daily regime. Now she is running, getting on and off the sofa and a lot happier.I’d highly recommend this as a good all in one supplement and great for a stop gap like us before surgery or for owners looking to treat conditions conservatively. Also, her coat is amazing since using these! So soft and shiny!UPDATE: we are now in an even better position to recommend these, we saw the orthopaedic specialist today and they are happy for her to continue on with these supplements without surgery as she is so happy and pain free. I honestly can’t recommend these enough.

Having used joint supplements for the dogs historically, we were keen to find something that worked, was enjoyed by the dogs, and didn’t break the bank, when we stumbled on Doggy Dailies. Both our dogs are knocking on, but the greyhound had been having some serious joint issues, which were making it painful for him to even get up off his bed, let alone anything else. After about three days on these tablets he was walking much more comfortably. In less than two weeks he was cantering again, and even having short sprints alongside our daughters young Collie. He will never be the speed demon of his younger days, but he is much happier, and now really enjoys his walks, which are so important for both him, and us.This is our second purchase of these tablets, which on top of being effective, are also very easy to use. They are tasty enough to provide as small treats, but they also crumble very easily (oxo cube texture), so they can be dusted over the dogs dinners, to both entice them into the meal, and ensure they get the benefit of the tablet. My only slight issue is the number of tablets required daily to support these larger dogs. This blurs any idea of good value for money and savings, over a more expensive, but one or two a day comparison. It is the reason why this review only gives four stars instead of five. That said, as mentioned already, the product works, is easy to use, and the dogs like the tablets, so we will certainly continue to use them.

Great product. Certainly noticed an increase in ‘zip’ on the 2 older dogs – one of them is recovering from a broken leg so very happy that they seem to be helping! The 2 younger dogs enjoy them too. Can be given whole or crumble very nicely over food. Will definitely buy again!

Have only just brought this today, it clearly has great smell/taste as my dog was extremely interested as soon as I opened the lid. He ate his 2 chews down no problem. Fingers crossed they will help maintain healthy joints. Very easy to use, clear directions on packaging
