Our small rescue dog weights 8.5 kilos. The charity suggested both collar and harness to begin with especially because a dog can slip through a collar. We bought both but found the collar too heavy for our dog. We just use the harness from the same manufacturer.

Bought a couple of these for the dog so we have a spare when one is in the wash. They go through the washing machine ok and seem well made.Can’t see anything remotely reflective about it though so don’t rely on it for seeing the dog in the dark.

A bit shorter than last small purchased but just cut off double thickness holder and managed to extend another cm and fits my pup perfectly. Doesn’t look reflective during the day but reflects lights at night
