Is this dog mat machine-washable?
This dog bed is machine washable. Please wash it separately in cold water on a gentle cycle.
Are dog beds still fluffy after washing?
Yes, you can dry your dog bed on a low temperature after washing and try patting it to restore the original fluffiness.
My dog likes to chew on his dog bed, is this dog pillow durable?
Generally, dogs do not destroy dog beds that they have slept on. If your dog is excessively fond of chewing on the dog bed.To limit this behaviour, we recommend placing a chew toy near the dog bed to transfer your dog’s chewing tendencies to the toy.
Is the dog cushion non-slip?
The washable dog bed has an Oxford fabric base with additional dotted anti-slip dots. It is therefore non-slip. You don’t have to worry about your dog slipping when he steps on the dog bed.
Why is the dog bed I received not as thick as pictured?
The dog bed is vacuum-packed. When using it for the first time, pat and knead the dog bed like a pillow and leave it for 24 to 48 hours so that it becomes fluffy again.

Great value for money. Lovely large, soft bed that is really comfy but feels a great support due to the base being none slip! The padding is plentiful and aswell as looking like a nice product it feels great quality!

Bought for my collie who sustained a severe back injury. He finds it very comfortable . Nicely padded so offers good support and warmth . Machine washable and air dries in few hours.Good value for money. Good quality.Fits crate beautifully.

Surprisingly thick, comfy and good size. Didn’t expect much for the price – bought as a temporary holiday dog bed. Dog loves it and it has machine washed ok though took a long time to dry. Only expected to last a couple of weeks but think it should survive quite a few holiday trips! Good value.

Perfect!!! Delivered within the day. Just as described. My dog hesitantly tried it and chilled out for 2 hours. Cannot fault this item, ideal size for medium to large dogs. Head to tail she measures 30″ bed is 3 6″ . Soft security covering, which lays totally flat. Can be machine washed and cool tumble dried. Recommend.

My dogs absolutely love this bed.I bought one for my oldest boy (20kg) but the little one (12kg) insists on sharing, so I’ve ordered a second.It comes really vacuum packed, it’s not very thick but it’s comfortable.

The dog bed arrived on time and is really nice. However, it is not large enough for a large dog. It is still being used comfortably by a working cocker spaniel and a dachshund.

I bought this dog bed in both a size large & a size medium for our foster sausages. The sizes are ace, & they’re very thick & well padded. It was nice that the postage package was small & well packed & didn’t have a load of excess packaging but it was so hard to get them out of the box!! It needed 2 of us to remove it & did take a really long time. When it was out of the black liner bag it was a lot easier. It puffed up quickly but obviously needed leaving a day or two to come to full thickness. One I had to return as the filling didn’t go all the way to the edges & was kind of bunched up inside. The one I’ve kept also doesn’t wash well, nit used for too long & already on it’s last legs as the filling has all moved out of place. They are lovely beds but probably best for temporary use.

This is good quality I did think it would be thicker given the description says 9cm, it doesn’t look it. But the dog seems very comfortable
