Purchased the medium size (1.44) for our cockapoo. Good size as not too big or too small.(the water bowl which we were using is ceramic, narrower at the top so her ears didn’t get wet, but have now found it to be quite heavy once filled with water). This one, being made of stainless steel, is much lighter when filled with water and easier to clean, plus her ears don’t get wet. Even though they are non-slip, I keep the food/water bowls on a rubber mat. Would recommend for any dog size, just make sure you order the right size 🙂

Excellent, just right for my dogs. Smaller than I expected but they easily contain each meal for springer spaniel. Don’t slip on the floor.

I don’t often write reviews on Amazon, unless the product really deserves credit for its overall design. These bowls are in that league, with good size and very high quality stainless steel construction. But, I also needed it to be non slip and this is where the special rubber base material make so much difference to the design. Once placed of the floor my very active dog cant move it.

Grippy! These are good for grip.
The rubber on the bottom of these holds up and is grippy. I am lazy and leave the dog bowls on the floor. Dogs run around with them. I hunt them down at mealtimes every time. Anywhoooo the rubber on the bottom is grippy and holds up from pup abuse. Also silences some of the bang and clang you get from just straight metal bowls. I’d buy again though given I’ve had these for a few months I suspect that won’t be anytime soon. Truly holding up well. I figured the rubber would get ripped off by the pups but no. It’s on their pretty good. oh, also they are a decent size. I have a great dane and it works fine for her.
