“Sit down”

1. Gently press the tail of the dog to allow it to sit down or observe its behavior
2. Once the dog sits down and pressing the clicker quickly， must follow the dog’s correct behavior.
3. Promptly give the dog a snack reward by pressing the clicker and repeating the process several times.
4. Bring the password: “Sit down”, repeat the password + action + press the clicker + give a reward.

“Play dead”

1. Let the dog lie down, then push it aside to make it lie on its side.
2. Hold the clicker in your hand, push and lie down, and immediately press the marker to give a reward.
3. From pushing the action once and “pressing the clicker immediately while lying down, give rewards” several times
4. Bring the password: “Play dead”, repeat the password + action + press the clicker + give a reward.

“Handshake”

1. Let the dog sit down and shake hands with it.
2. After holding it, press the clicker and reward it.
3. Repeat the action, shake hands + press the clicker, give a reward, repeat several times

“Designated Toilet Use”

1. Place dog diapers with dog smell, close to the dog’s first bowel movement.
2. Pay attention to the approximate time of the dog’s next bowel movement, use a clicker and password “Toilet” to attract the dog’s attention, and provide snacks when the dog arrives at the designated location. The dog will smell its own stool and then defecate.
3. Every time, use a clicker to guide the dog to defecate in that position, and give a certain reward. After reaching the fixed position, use only the clicker to train.

One dog could learn in 1-3 days. If the action is not proficient, cont.
Training timing: The ealier the time, the better. Training can start in 2 months, but it is difficult to adjust as an adult.
Training tip: After the expected action occurs, press the clicker timely, and give rewards timely. Each animal is just as special as each person, and each small animal also has its own personality and preferences. It is not forced to cooperate or not.

It makes a decent click sound, and you get 2 of them for roughly the same price as you’d pay for just 1 on the high street. Simple construction so no reason they shouldn’t last a very long time.

you get two for the same price you’d pay for 1 at a retailer like petsathome so well worth the money as it’s an essential training item for puppies. Easy to use and makes loud and clear clicking noise. Has a small carabiner attached which you can clip to yourself so you don’t lose it. Good quality and always have a second for backup. 5/5

Bought these to train my puppy. Having two was brilliant as one could stay in the house while the other was kept in my dog training bag. Really great value for money.These are sturdy clickers which make a nice loud click for the dog to notice. They have been a game changer for training the pup. The colours are exactly as pictured and they are the perfect size.The only downside has been that the spiral attachment has stretched over time. It still functions well, but is a little annoying as now hangs a bit looser than before.

Our 2 year old JRT can be a bit of a pain when out on countryside walks, especially if there are small furries about (mainly bunnies). She will often pull, then stop in her tracks, and refuse to budge. A typical JRT 😂, easily distracted. A few clicks of these, fairly close to her, takes her attention away from the distraction, and back to the job in hand. When she responds, we give her a tiny treat, then get on with the walk. The clicker seems well made, and I just slip it over my wrist using the coiled cable. For the price, definitely worth buying just to add to the obedience training armoury.
