For my dog, a poodle, the size, especially being foldable is just right. I use a mobility scooter as I’m not very balanced so to be able to use this while holding onto the scooter is really helpful. So far I’ve managed to use it with ordinary plain black poop bags from the pet shop and I was amazed how easy it is to use. I would recommend it, but for lighter amounts of poop. The foldability is great as it fits in my scooter basket for portability. I think it’s great and does exactly what I need it to!

Bought this as we had a lit of cats using out garden as a toilet. This was easy to use and picked up the mess with no issues. I bought some large bags and it worked perfectly, making the job quick without having to get too close to the mess.

I have had surgery and can’t bend down to poop scoop. So needed to find some way for me to walk my dog on my own. Reading the reviews I nearly did not buy this. It did come without instructions unfortunately, but scrolled through the information about it on this Amazon page I found a picture giving two options. You don’t need a carrier bag, I am using bags for a larger dog. You put the bag over the head with the claw closed. Then use the spring handle to open the claws and tuck the bag into the claw. Ready to use. It is amazing on grass and hard surfaces. I have only been picking up normal dog poo, not sure if it would cope with dog with tummy problems. I have No mess turn the scoop upside down and open the claws and take the bag off and tie the handles.

We have four dogs so this gets plenty of use. I’ve had the original one for four years which sadly broke this year. Bought the same make model again because of the durability and it’s easy to use. Also very sturdy too.
