I live in sheep country. Each year I have to ‘dot’ my dogs every moth to stop them picking up ticks. They don’t particularly like this and It’s a bit messy. As they often groom each other, I have never felt compfortable about them ingesting the treatment. Bought these as an alternative – the dogs have been free of ticks for a couple of months but one of them still managed to pick up a tick a couple of weeks ago. So not perfect, but it does seem to limit their exposure. Three of the dogs love them – the lucher is another matter and will seek to avoid them – however, once he has eaten one, he comes back for the others – strange – but he is a fussy eater anyway. Not perfect but am persisting with them as an alternative – still check the dogs daily after walks for ticks.

Used 3 tubs of these now, and the dogs still have fleas, expensive and not very effective.

Gave daily to my miniature labradoodle, after a month he was scratching, loosing fur and getting sores on his body.Took him to the vets who showed me he had fleas!!!I showed her the product I had been using and her answer was “this product is rubbish” !!!

Have used this for a month along side 2 well known spot on brands on my 3 dogs, didn’t seem to help, only thing that is keeping them at bay is capstar twice a week. Dogs did enjoy the taste though
