Superb piece of kit. For years I have been giving my dog tablets wrapped in various types of cooked meats and still had my fingers bitten! This simple and cheap device prevents all that and also saves the cost of cooked meats. It is easy to load and dispense and reduces stress for the dog (and me). Well recommended.

I bought these to give my cat antibiotics. She will not take them in her food and trying to give her them by hand was a nightmare. I was quite disappointed in the quality of these. I found that the plunger was quite loose so you didn’t get a great deal of force behind it when you used it. The window of opportunity to get the pill in my very annoyed cat’s mouth is small so I needed something that would get it to the back of her throat quite quickly and this is not it. Also, after a couple of uses the little claw mechanism at the end became quite loose and it was difficult to keep the pill inside. Overall not something I would recommend and definitely not worth what I paid for it!

Bought to give a large pill to our small cat. Much better than any pill giver we’ve used before. He now swallows the pill on the first go, making it nicer for both him and us!

These are brilliant for getting my dog to take her antibiotics. She used to take tablets really easily just hidden in a bit of sausage or cheese but there is something about the current ones she really doesn’t like – think it’s the smell that warns her and getting them down her throat the a point where she has to swallow is a challenge with fingers alone. This is so quick, it makes the whole experience less traumatic for both of us!

My german shepherd did not like this pill dispenser i felt it awkward to use sorry not good for a german shepherd in my experience however i believe a smaller dog would benefit one with not so big sharp teeth or a stubborn dog

Before we got this pill pusher we tried another make was to small for anything. So was having to put tablets in my cat’s mouth one by one getting his teeth in my fingers. Plus stressing him out.Now with this pill pusher both of his tablets are given in a second or two.No stress for him or me and no bitten fingers
