The lead has begun to fray and gets stick inside when trying to extend or rewind. I have contacted the seller but heard nothing. DO NOT BUY. And yes my bag holder came off. Cannot get a refund.

It’s a really good lead but I did struggle a little with putting the batteries in and they’re no instructions. But once I sorted it it’s a really good lead it’s sturdy

The small insert to cover the batteries don’t fit right and keeps falling out and the reflective strip has peeled away ! Ok but for £18 I could have just bought another £4 one from home bargains !

A really nice dog lead. The light is very useful and the poo bag holder is excellent. On the down side the handle is small and would be unsuitable for a person with large hands. My only other complaint was that there were no instructions on how to fit the three batteries supplied. Getting this right was a bit hit or miss and not exactly easy. On the whole we were quite satisfied with our purchase.Update: after just under 3 weeks the poo bag holder snapped clean off. There doesn’t appear to be any way to repair it. Not happy.
