Make sure you measure there nose.
This is my dog, I measured his nose and as per measurements, he needed a large. I decided to buy a medium and large, just because he is small. Anyways, medium didn’t fit. Measurements are accurate, so don’t just guess.As for how it works, you have to attach it to the collar or the dog can slip it right off.
