Bought the correct size, needs altering to fit (!), rather disappointing……and my little one hates it.New edit…..The seller contacted me asking for details, the upshot being the elastic straps idea is going back to the designer stage, an offer of a refund, which I accepted, so that I may buy something else from them. The hat was very well made, let down by a minor niggle. I may wait for the amended design.My friend’s little dog loves the hat, running to get it after searching for her lead for ‘walkies’.

I think the way it was folded and the fact that it was not made for a dogs head (their skulls are not spherical like humans, but the manufacturers do not appear to have considered that) means it would not stay on and was u suitable.

Lovely hat but sadly the size L does not fit on my german shepherd head at all. It is really small and probably more like a spaniel head than any big breeds. I will try to adjust it but dont think everyone will be able to do so.Deliverd fast and it would be great if the size was correctly discribed

So i ordered the largest size for me english bull terrier and the hat is to small and scruches up in the middle, so im going to have to extend the sides to fit his head with some elastic, also to round the front of the cap to fit around the face, just leave a bobble around the peak , as shown in photos, and leave it over night or whenever not in use and it will keep the curved shape

having measured dogs head according to the chart provided, I ordered a medium. Unsurprisingly when it arrived it was way too small and had had either been incorrectly labelled or just poorly cut. Not my first experience of items from china not matching size, so I should have known better. On a plus side , it was well made

Please don’t buy this. The brim of the hat is way too wide/square and your dog won’t be able to see. The fittings are all wrong for a small dog & does not fit well. It looks really awful on. I only got it today & I’m returning.

Update…After posting my issue with the hat I received the Customer service team reached out. After further conversation they not only refunded my original purchase but sent a new style hat for my pup.. the new style is awesome.. fits as I had hoped.. This sell is Great… In this case it’s a hat for a dog and by no means are the heads the perfect portions to every style… I would by from this seller again.. They stand behind what they sell and personally I think went well above my expectations to make sure in the end I was satisfied… Thank you again for reaching out and going above and beyond to make sure everything was done that could be to satisfied..Originally..Looks cute, price was fine, delivery was timely but size was way off.. i needed an LX, at best what was recd was a medium and that’s being generous.. I was bummed… quality seems nice, but size way off
