I have previously bought a couple of waterproof raincoats for our dog, but they were unlined and a stiff plastic material. They had a hood with a transparent vizor, but the stitching around the neck was raised and rough on the dogs neck. Our dog hated wearing these, especially with the hood.This jacket has a lightweight soft fabric lining and is so easy to put on the dog. There is no hood, but as our dog has large upright ears, she is better without a hood. It appears to be well made, and she was very comfortable wearing it. I bought a larger size, 5, thinking that if it was very cold, she could wear a doggy sweater under it. Its warm and waterproof, and opens out flat so I can brush out the hairs on the inside.Great value for money in my view, easily rolled up for packing in a back pack, just incase it starts to rain.

I purchased the rust colour which is a good shade. I bought it for my 1 year old Cavapoo and it covers the back of him well. Easy to put on Velcro fastening but Whether he will keep it on is another matter !Made the mistake of buying large first of all but had to return it, which was very easy to do and ordered the medium. It has a nice soft interior which is comfortable for your dog.

Quality is excellent but trying to get the correct size is a bit of a problem. I have two collies which I would have thought would be rated as ‘standard’ as regard sizing, but no; the size I ordered was to get the body length but that meant that the coat was far too big round the chest. I have returned the coats and ordered the smaller version and hope that they fit. The coats look very good and I like the wide area underneath which should keep their tummies dry. Good value for money but go by the chest measurement because the adjustment is very limited and buying a larger coat does not allow you to reduce the size to fit.

Its so difficult buying a dog coat online, the measurements given invariably are wrong. This coat is the exception, its true to the sizes given in the description, it fits my labrador perfectly and its incredible value for money. I shall be buying another one very soon just to make sure I always have a backup
